Log into your WORKPRO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the tools in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
